Supamatrix is a product of Hanumatrix ("Hanumatrix", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Supamatrix website and platform, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. It is intended to be consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and applicable data-protection law.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated as you use the service:

Account & contact details — name, work email, company, and phone number you submit (for example, when booking a demo).
Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP.
Platform data — agent configurations, knowledge-base content, and settings you create in the product.

2. How we use it

We use information to provide and improve the service, respond to enquiries and demos, secure the platform, meet legal and compliance obligations, and communicate with you about your account. [Describe any marketing use and lawful basis.]

3. Call data & recordings

When the platform handles a call on your behalf, it may generate transcripts, action logs, sentiment data, and (where enabled) recordings. Sensitive identifiers can be automatically redacted, retention is configurable per tenant, and call-consent prompts can be enabled to meet local requirements.
